All people are striving for well-being in their life, with ideas, goals, and opportunities available for each unique person. It is my sincere belief that most people know the direction they aim towards in life. However, life often throws us curveballs, and it's okay to ask someone to come along for part of the journey. You may need help to reframe your perspective, build up coping skills and mindfulness, process trauma, or support your relationships in order to continue on your life's journey.

When this happens, I can be the person to help support you on your way back to well-being. I provide systemic therapeutic services for people of all ages and family systems. I offer support for individuals and relationships of all kinds and focus on getting to know my clients and their families, fostering a positive relationship to be present with them.

I strive to address the cultural concerns and stressors that have an impact on people every day, such as ethnicity, sexual orientation, beliefs/philosophies, gender, age, disability, trauma, mood, and relationships. We can work together to build you up and pursue your life - you don't need to walk this journey alone.

I completed my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. My specializations include working with children ages 0-5 and their families, rural communities, adoptive/biological families, the LGBTQ+ community, and military families. I have obtained certifications with DC 0-5 and Permanency and Adoption Competency Certificate (PACC). I employ various therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to, narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, experiential therapy, play therapy techniques, attachment-focused therapy, mindfulness, and collaborative language.

Outside of my therapeutic work, I spend time with my family and daughter, playing board games and Dungeons and Dragons, continuing my learning and education, teaching dance classes, and playing with my two cats, dog, and lizards.
