My personal journey of Adoption has fueled my passion to provide unconditional and authentic support for families and individuals with warmth & compassion. Since 2007 I’ve been working in the mental health field in a variety of roles which have enriched my clinical practice. I draw upon a strength based, resiliency building & collaborative style of therapy to empower families and individuals to find inner healing while providing tools to enhance their daily life functioning.

I specialize in working with children ages 10+, Adolescents and Adults navigating attachment and adoption related experiences. I also have extensive experience helping individuals and families with anxiety, depression and trauma. In addition to being EMDR trained, I also draw upon CBT, narrative therapy, DBT and sensory integration in my work.
