Christina enjoys providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and families. She has special training in assessing and treating Children Birth to 5 years, and working with Children/adolescents who have experienced Complex Trauma.
She uses an array of theories and interventions but trauma informed care, Interactive play, Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative, Experiential, and Attachment theory are the foundation of her work. Christina focuses on incorporating the whole family system within the therapeutic process, and values the importance of strengthening interpersonal relationships to create change.
Christina has experience working with a variety of mental health diagnoses such as Anxiety, Trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Depression, and has worked closely with clients within the foster care system, as well as through kinship and adoption.
