I am currently offering services virtually out of my home office. These video/virtual sessions and services I offer are being completed through my professional subscription and business with the Simple Practice EHR platform. This platform is HIPAA compliant and offers many other client user friendly features, such as encrypted and protected electronic documentation exchange, document uploads to your personal file/chart, email exchange, self-pay options, self-scheduling options, text/email scheduling reminders, and more.

I have over 10 years professional experience in the field. My experience ranges from outpatient mental health day treatment consisting of ages 5 through 18; ABA therapy in a private school setting, outpatient family therapy, individual therapy, group therapy (parent support, psychoeducation, skills, healthy relationships, PEERS, and etc.), as a group service lead/supervisor for roughly 2 years, trauma therapy (TFCBT), couples therapy and adoption/permanency (PACC). I have a vast majority of skill sets; however, autism, groups, kinship, adoption, and families are my specialty areas and focus. I am a certified autism specialist (CAS), permanency adoption competent certified (PACC) and trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy certified (TFCBT).

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, dedication and authenticity. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable, heard and supported; while exploring their thoughts feelings, and most "raw" aspects of themselves. I work hard and closely with each individual and family to ensure they are not alone on this journey; strengthening, building or developing the skills and tools they need to thrive.
