Britney Marks-Kroehler (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) who specializes in supporting neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD) individuals and families along with those who have been impacted by foster care and adoption. Britney holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University and a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Britney has had the privilege of working with children and families who are experiencing a variety of mental health needs along with individuals and families impacted by substance use. Britney also provides individual and group mental health consultation and trainings to county providers and school district staff.
Britney has a passion for providing neurodiversity affirming, systemic orientated, and trauma informed services and supports to clients throughout the lifespan, with a specialty in infant and early childhood. Britney is trained in assessing children birth to five years old with the DC 0-5 and ECSII tool. She is also certified in Attachment Biobehavioral Catch-Up (ABC) and has received training and supervision in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP).
Britney strives to provide a safe, culturally responsive, and supportive space for individuals, families, and systems where healing, growth, and insight can take place. She is social and racial justice oriented and holds space for individuals of all abilities and identities. Britney is a passionate advocate and a lifelong learner.
