Therapy is a powerful and individual process that can help reduce symptoms, build tools to deal with stressors and is a mutual relationship that encourages growth. I am here to help support, guide and problem solve through the use of assessment, treatment plans, and outpatient therapy.
I believe therapy is personal and should be tailored to the client. I work with clients who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression etc. and also specialize in working with clients who have experienced adoption/foster care along with street related youth (unhoused, gang affiliation, run away, etc.) I also have a three legged, therapy trained, brown lab named Max who would love to meet you and give you snuggles! I welcome questions and consultation on if I am the right fit for you.
