Brenda Anderson-Powers has been working with children and families since 1996. She has experience with Child Protection, Foster Care, Adoption and Intergenerational Trauma. Brenda is a recognized leader in Minnesota through the McKnight Foundation as a Virginia McKnight Binger Unsung Hero recipient. Brenda currently is the Director of Transformation with Alia Innovations educating/consulting Child Welfare Systems in the Intensive Trauma/Intensive Permanence model. Brenda's passion and work is centered around keeping children with their families and preventing the re-traumatization of children and families in the system.
