Charlesetta Rolack, MSW, LICSW, is currently employed as the Children’s Services Intake Manager for Ramsey County Community Human Services Department. Ms. Rolack is a Child Welfare Scholar, who has worked with Children, adolescents and young adults experiencing emotional and behavioral issues for over 15 years. She specializes in crisis intervention and stabilization services, mental health assessments, family therapy, narrative therapy and solution focused-therapy. Ms. Rolack is a certified Family Group Decision Making Facilitator and a certified facilitator of the parenting curriculum “Strengthening Multi-Ethnic Families and Communities. Ms. Rolack has trained parents throughout Minnesota on special education interventions and services (Individual Education Plans and Other Health Related Plans/504 Plans).
