Cindy Lee Thomas, MSW, LICSW

Cindy Lee Thomas, MSW, LICSW has worked in the adoption field for 15 years as a director of a Public Private Adoption Initiative agency, a Tribal Adoption Consultant and Clinical Specialist for the HELP Program. Thomas is an experienced psychotherapist, previous adolescent foster parent for 12 years and has experience working with youth in residential treatment. Thomas holds the student and train the trainer Permanency and Adoption Competency Certificates (PACC).
