I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. I am a trained music therapist and have been licensed as a marriage and family therapist for about eight years. I specialize in family therapy especially with depressed and anxious adolescents as well as family therapy focused on marital and partner issues. I prefer using experiential methods in order to provide an experience of change within the session.
