I am an adoption-competent therapist, specializing in the treatment of early childhood trauma and attachment issues in children. I possess great respect for the tenacity of the human spirit, and for a child’s capacity for healing. I utilize a variety of modalities, including Play Therapy, and join parents in a “treatment team” approach that serves to educate and to empower them, as well as their child, on the healing journey. I have worked exclusively in this clinical area since receiving my degree in 2000.
