I operate out of a strengths-based, relationship focused model. The most important tools in any therapy session are the individuals in the room. Creating a connection that fosters growth is vital to any therapeutic relationship. This is my utmost priority with all individuals and families I work with.

I have experience with a large variety of populations, including adult adoptees, children adoptees, individuals who have aged out of the foster care system, families struggling with behavior problems of both children and adult adoptees, FASD, etc. My work in residential settings as well as in outpatient therapy for the past nineteen years gives me a unique perspective to bring to the room with families and individuals.
